Sea Villa:

One unit with two separate bedroom capacity, with a common living room and a small kitchen. Each bedroom counts with its own walk in closet and bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower for each one.

The Sea Villa also has its own plunge pool (one).

This unit will be the premium villa of the project, as it is located on the northeast boundary of the property, approximately 60 feet from the sea. This villa will have an amazing view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, and a constant sound of the breaking waves on the Ambergris Caye barrier reef.

Garden Villa:

Capacity: 4 guests

Approximate area: 3100 sq. feet

One unit with two separate bedroom capacity, with a common outdoor living room. Each bedroom counts with its own walk in closet and bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower for each one.

The Sea Villa also has its own plunge pool (one).

This unit will be located between our artificial lake and the second cabanas line, surrounded by trees and vegetation.

Lake Pavilion:

Capacity: 10 guests

Approximate area: 2637 sq. feet

A two unit, two story building, each with a two bedroom apartment, each with a living room, small kitchen, own staircase. With a shared indoor/outdoor lake view deck. Each bedroom in the apartments counts with its own walk-in closet and a bathroom.

This unit will be located across the lake from the beach.

Sea Cabana:

Three ocean view cabanas. Each one will be equipped with a small living room/bar area, as well as the bedroom area, a walk-in closet and a bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower for each one.

The Sea Cabana also has its own plunge pool.

These units will be located 60 feet from the shore; this will be the first line of cabanas, having of course the privilege of the direct ocean view as well as closeness to the sea.

Garden Cabana:

Four garden/ocean view cabanas. Each one will be equipped with a small living room/bar area, as well as the bedroom area, a walk-in closet and a bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower for each one.

These units will be located between and beside the sea cabanas, on the second line.

Lake Cabana:

Capacity: 2 guests

Approximate area: 2150 sq. feet

Four lake view cabanas. Each one will be equipped with a small living room/bar area, as well as the bedroom area, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. As well as an indoor/outdoor over the lake deck.

These units will be located surrounding the artificial lake; part of them will be over the lake.

All our luxury units will be equipped with a top of the line technology. Each one will have an intelligent all around system that will control among other things, room temperature (a/c), lights and lightning scenes, safety deposit boxes, phone, optional LCD TV, resort or own digital music, among other things.
