El Secreto is planned to be a small exclusive boutique beach resort.

The goal of El Secreto is to become the very best choice for lodging on San Pedro Island, Ambergris Caye, Belize, we plan to create an atmosphere in which each guest can choose between a variety of activities this wonderful island offers, adventures in land and sea or simply relax and get away from routine, creating an environment that mixes the natural with the modern. We plan to be more than a luxury boutique beach resort; we want to be an alternative for those who want to escape from the every day hassle.

We are aiming at a high profile tourism market, specially the romantic or honeymooner tourism.

Most tourists that visit Ambergris Caye come from the US, Canada and Europe.

El Secreto is comfortably secluded 11 miles north of San Pedro Town, in Ambergris Caye, Belize. This whole country, especially this region, is in a fast pace tourist development time, with tourist flow increasing each year considerably. North Ambergris Caye is considered one of the most promising regions in this country and even in the whole region for the near future.

Nowadays Belize receives direct flights from some American cities, such as Houston, Miami and Charlotte among others; it also receives flights from cities all across Central America and Europe.

The property itself will be reconstructed, the land is 7.98 acre, with a beach front of 459 feet, and has a sweet water confined water lagoon within walking distance for guests to enjoy various activities the lagoon offers including fresh water fishing.

Depending where you come from:

Mexico: Aviacsa and Mexicana's Click have daily flights from Mexico City to Chetumal, once in Chetumal, Moralez Travel will pick the guests in Chetumal's International Airport and take them on an air conditioned van on a 15 minute ride to the Belizean border, once crossing the border after 10 to 20 minutes, the guests will

be taken to the Departure Lounge which is a palapa bar by the Corozal's lagoon shore, to wait with a complimentary drink for their plane to the island, this wait approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

The flight from Corozal to San Pedro takes approximately 15 minutes over a beautiful scenario, over flying the turquoise waters of the Caribbean in a Cessna.

US, Canada and Europe: From Belize City International Airport, the guests will take a 15 minute Cessna flight to San Pedro.

Once in San Pedro, guests will be taken in the resort's own golf cart to Amigos del Mar pier to take the ride in the resort's own boat.

This ride will be approximately 20 to 25 minutes, with an unimaginable palm tree landscape. Either at day or night this ride is breathtaking.

Please note there are no terrestrial roads yet that lead to the property.
